By booking a class, course, or workshop with Lipolydans, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made via the website.

Payment must be completed before participation.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

Only registered and paid participants may attend classes.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Courses

Course bookings may be cancelled up to 4 days before the course start date.

After this time, the course is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Drop-in Classes

Drop-in bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before class.

Later cancellations are non-refundable.
Workshops
-
Workshop bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
If Lipolydans Cancels
If a class, course, or workshop is cancelled by Lipolydans, a replacement session will be offered. No refunds are provided.
4. Age Requirement

Participation is intended for 18 years and older.

Participants under 18 may attend only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Attendance
Only registered participants may attend classes. Lipolydans reserves the right to refuse participation if necessary.
6. Missed Classes
Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
7. Health & Responsibility
Participation is at your own risk. By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and understand that dance involves physical activity and possible risk of injury.
Lipolydans is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Schedule Changes
Lipolydans reserves the right to change instructors, adjust schedules, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Force Majeure
Lipolydans is not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (illness, accidents, facility issues, restrictions, etc.).
10. Media & Photos
Photos or videos may be taken during classes for marketing purposes. Please inform Lipolydans in advance if you do not wish to appear.
11. Intellectual Property
Choreography and teaching material may not be recorded, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
12. VAT
Lipolydans is not VAT registered. Prices are therefore VAT-exempt.
